During the first meeting of the Advisory Council of National Coordinators of the D-8 Media Excellence Center, the main areas of activity, priorities and the Action Plan of D-8 MEC will be discussed.

The Advisory Council of National Coordinators (ACNC) of the D-8 Media Excellence Center is one of the main governing bodies of D-8 MEC. The Council consists of national coordinators appointed by each of the 9 member countries.

Agenda of the first meeting:

• Discussion of the institutional structure and operating framework of D-8 MEC
• Approval of the Action Plan for 2026–2027
• Defining mechanisms for knowledge exchange among member countries
• Shaping the priorities of joint media projects
• Determining the date and format of the next meeting

The meeting will be held over two days: plenary sessions are planned for the first day and discussions in working group format for the second.
